The conference centre is located approx. 40 km outside Copenhagen and we highly recommend you make use of this offer as this is both the cheapest and most convenient solution for you.
If you wish to enjoy the full package, please choose No. 1 - All-inclusive.
If you should choose not to stay at the conference centre, please be aware that you will have to pay separately for the meals and drinks during the day - it is not allowed to bring neither food nor drinks to the venue - and choose No. 2 - meals only.

Programme:
Tuesday September 3rd(optional social programme - free of charge)
12.45: Meeting time and luggage drop-off
13.30: Boat trip in the canals of Copenhagen followed by salk around harbour to Amalienborg Castle
15:30: Conducted tour at the Royal Theater and sightseeing
18.00 Dinner at Restaurant Flammen
20:00: Bus: Pick-up at Restaurant Flammen, Nyropsgade 2, Cph.
ESTP course - wednesday September 4th to Friday September 6th 2024
Friday September 6th:
16.15: Bus: pick-up at conference center with drop off at Kongens Nytorv (by the metro) around 17:00. Metro can be taken straight to airport - transportation time 25 min)
